Death to Turkish fascism – honor the fallen of the revolution!

In memory of Şehid Baran Serhat and all other comrades killed in the fight against Turkish fascism and its jihadist gangs of murderers, today, April 22, we attacked the Turkish consulate in Zurich with Molotov cocktails.

On March 23, a car bomb placed in Qamishlo (Rojava) by the Turkish intelligence service MIT and its local militia took the life of our friend and comrade Baran. Baran, co-founder of the MLKP (Marxist Leninist Communist Party) and representative for Rojava, was not only an outstanding analyst, but he also knew how to turn his analysis into praxis. With his revolutionary dedication and daily lived understanding of the importance of praxis, the struggle for unity, and the contradictory nature of history, he was instrumental in establishing the MLKP presence in the Rojava revolution and in the creation of armed alliances such as the International Freedom Battalion (IFB) in Rojava and the Peoples’ United Revolutionary Movement (HBDH) in Turkey.

Undoubtedly, with his assassination, imperialism has dealt not only a heavy blow to the Rojava revolution but to all people fighting for freedom around the world. But it is also clear that the fight for the revolution will only become stronger as a result of this blow. Rosa Luxemburg, Ernst Thalmann, Ibrahim Kaypakkaya, Ulrike Meinhof, Che Guevara and many others: time and again imperialism has tried to decapitate the freedom struggle of the peoples. But there were always comrades who continued the fight with even more enthusiasm, and who filled in the gap that the enemy had torn into our ranks a thousandfold.

Şehid Namırın! – The fallen of the revolution are immortal!
Long live the MLKP!
Long live the proletarian internationalism!
Long live the revolution!
Bijî têkosîna rûmet û azadîyê!
Bijî soresa Rojava!
