02.09.17: In Minsk, anarchists hung a banner with the inscription “We’ll destroy the dungeons, so that together we can go to the end!” in honour of the birthday of the arrested anarchist Kirill Alekseev.
At the moment, Kirill is in the dungeons of the Baranovichi pre-trial detention center on charges of arson of the propaganda billboard of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, which took place at the end of July in Ivatsevichi. We express our solidarity with our comrade, who suffered from reprisals from the law enforcement system for his views.
Our duty is to remember those who are in the dungeons. Each person makes a great contribution to our common cause, thus bringing the future for which we are fighting, so we can only go to the end together.
While there are prisons, none of us are free!
