Italy: “Prometeo” operation – Update on Robert’s release (February 2020)
On February 4th, 2020, the hearing for the appeal in cassazione that prosecutor Piero Basilone had lodged against Robert’s release [released on December 2nd, 2019] was held. The appeal was rejected and declared inadmissible, and Robert remains free and without measures.
