Compañera Tamara Sol has already served about 5 and a half years since she was arrested on January 21, 2014 after shooting a security guard. Sol was sentenced to 7 years + 61 days of imprisonment.
After being held in different prisons in Chile, currently Sol is in Valdivia prison, from where she has sought access to “Conditional Freedom,” a measure that has been systematically denied the last month, despite completing more than half of her sentence.
The compañera is one of those affected by the Decree of Law 321, which has been implemented recently, hardening the obstacles to prisionerxs, as well as being applied retroactively to those who were already trying to apply for parole, as in the case of Tamara Sol.
For the complete abolition of Law Decree 321!
For the exit to the street of our compañerxs!!
