Το Σάββατο 16/2 πραγματοποιήθηκε στην πόλη του Βερολίνου πορεία εναντίον του 22ο Ευρωπαϊκoύ Συνεδρίου Αστυνομίας που έλαβε χώρα 19.2-20.2.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της πορείας σηκώθηκε πανό αλληλεγγύης στον απεργό πείνας από 14/1 Σπύρο Χριστοδούλου, μοιράστηκαν ενημερωτικά φυλλάδια σε Αγγλικά, Γερμανικά και διαβάστηκε το ενημερωτικό κείμενο. Στεκόμαστε αλληλέγγυοι στον φυλακισμένο αγωνιστή Σπύρο Χριστοδούλου. Αν περάσει αυτή η μεθόδευση εκτός της αρνητικής παρακαταθήκης που αφήνει και μπορεί στο μέλλον να τη δούμε να εφαρμόζεται και σε άλλους κρατούμενους, για τον ίδιο τον Σ. Χριστοδούλου σημαίνει δεκαετίες στα κάτεργα της δημοκρατίας κάτι που ισοδυναμεί με ισόβια.
Το κείμενο που μοιράστηκε
Spyros Christodoulou, an activist prisoner in Greece is on hunger strike since 14/1/2019, claiming his legal right for aggregate (or “combined”) sentence. Sp. Christodoulou hasbeen in state of illegality since 2006 amd he was arrested in 2015 along with the anarchist fighter Gr. Tsironis and his companion also “illegal” Sp. Dravilas who committed suicide shortly before their arrest. The greek state repeatedly denies him this right since 2016, violating blatantly its own legislation,so that S. Christodoulou remains in prison.
The appeal court has successively rejected three official requests for “aggregate sentence”, without referring Christodoulou’s case to the competent higher court as prescribed bylaw. His various sentences are this way artificially prevented from merging, so that Christodoulou completes each of them separately, whereas otherwise he would have by now served his sentence and been released.
Christodoulou’s case is sign of an era, where states openly repeal their own law if for the sake of social repression and police enforcement. Ignoring even their own pretext of democratic legitimacy, they make rules out of exceptions and delegate political decisions to police conferences and secret services.
