Around 23:30 on June 2nd, 2017, 3 people forced the 12 passengers and the driver of a new Transantiago bus to get off at the intersection of Las Rejas south and Pasaje Jerimias in the Villa Francia district.

After the bus was emptied, the 3 anonymous comrades launched 3 Molotov cocktails, completely igniting the bus and threw leaflets around the scene.

We recall that the day before this incendiary attack the primary elections took place, where it was decided which presidential candidates will compete. This incendiary attack was similar to another attack against a Transantiago bus in the same area.

Transcript of the leaflets found at the scene:

Against the elections of the bourgeoisie to raise popular and subversive struggle

Build the army of the people!

-Revolutionary Brigades-

PS from Noticias de la Guerra Social: As anti-authoritarians, we position ourselves far from the discourses of the left, their imaginary people and popular struggle as a revolutionary horizon. But even so, it seems important to report this action and others that took place recently considering the anti-electoral context and with the army in charge of maintaining order at some of the polling places.
