The prisoner and hunger striker Fabio Dusco has filed an appeal to the prosecution regarding the special holding conditions that have been imposed against him and his illegal detention at police headquarters.
According to information from his lawyers a decision on the appeal has been filed and is expected soon.
Fabio continues his hunger strike and if the police allow it, is expected to be examined by a doctor soon regarding the state of his health.
